At Kairo’s K9s Training, we believe great training starts with building a strong relationship between you and your dog. That’s why our Bond Builders: Beginner Obedience program is designed to help new dog owners lay a solid foundation of trust, communication, and skills that set your dog up for lifelong success.
Over the course of six weeks, you and your dog will learn together through positive reinforcement, science-based methods, and a relationship-first approach. This isn’t just about “commands”—it’s about giving you the tools to understand your dog, meet their needs, and work as a team in everyday life.
What You & Your Dog Will Learn:
• Marker Words & Timing – Learn the foundation of clear communication so your dog always understands what earns a reward.
• Name Recognition & Focus – Build engagement so your dog turns to you even in distracting environments.
• Sit, Down, & Place – Teach essential cues for calmness and impulse control.
• Loose Leash Walking Basics – Start teaching your dog how to walk politely on leash without pulling.
• Recall Foundations (Come When Called) – Establish the first steps of a reliable recall.
• Impulse Control Games – Fun, practical exercises to teach patience and manners.

Reactivity Reset is a structured, drop-in style class designed to support dogs who display reactive behaviors on-leash. Whether your dog is frustrated, fearful, or overstimulated, this class provides practical tools to build focus, confidence, and self-regulation in real-world settings.
What to Expect:
- Controlled setups to practice at a safe distance from triggers
- Focus-building games and handler engagement techniques
- Strategies for managing leash reactivity and reducing outbursts
- Individualized coaching in a small group environment
This class is ideal for dog owners looking to reinforce positive behavior and build foundational skills in a low-pressure, supportive environment—without the commitment of a multi-week program.
Open to all breeds and experience levels. Pre-registration required to ensure space and safety.
